It’s the time of year we’ve all been waiting for… YES, tis the silly season. It’s arrived! Stoke Beach House has a fully locked and loaded schedule of fun shenanigans this December for you to get down and dirty. Who needs family time with that creepy uncle, gran always yelling, “what! I can’t hear you”, and the parents drinking too much and telling you how much they love you while yelling at each other about burning something?

Instead, kick back like a rock star, drink like a sailor and shake a tail feather at one of our killer parties. We can’t wait to see all of you legends and party lovers there!

 

Xmas Movie Night – 20th December

We kick off the silly szn in style with a screening of ‘Elf’ in the Stoke Beach House lay-down cinema room from 8pm. Fresh popcorn will be flowing, and comfy cushions and bean bags at the ready. BYO cuddle buddies.

Santa Pub Crawl – 22nd December

Time to whip out those sexy Santa hats and naughty elf outfits cus we’re throwing an epic Santa Pub Crawl across Manly. The drinks will be flowing, the music pumping and your housemates will be ready to cut loose. You’ll never look at Santa the same way again.

Dress up is strongly encouraged!!! Who knows, we might even have a best-dressed prize. We take our Santa Pub Crawls very seriously.

 

Beer Pong and Bar Night – 23rd December

You made it to a summer Christmas! We’re kicking things off Aussie style. Join us at the Stoke Bar for happy hour drinks, Beer Pong and Christmas games to get you in the holiday spirit. While you might be far from home, Stoke is home to everyone. Grab your roommates and get ready to compete against the best!

 

Chrismas Eve Pot Luck and Party – 24th December

It may not be the most traditional Xmas, but we’ll make sure you’ll have a bangin’ time. While you may usually spend this time with the fam, we like to do things differently in Oz. Christmas Eve is all about celebrating the festive season with your mates before being stuck next to aunty Shaz at the family lunch.

Team up with your housemates to bring a traditional homeland dish to our Christmas Eve Pot Luck Dinner. The Stoke Crew will be carving up delicious smoked ham and roast potatoes, with two types of Sangria available at the Stoke Bar.

Before the food coma kicks in, the DJ will turn up the beats and get the dancefloor pumping. Grab that special someone and yank them under the mistle toes for a cheeky kiss.

 

Chill Beach Day – 25th December

With a hangover in toe, drag your sorry-for-yourself butt to breaky before hitting the surf for a refreshing dip and veg out in the sunshine. If you’re trying to distract yourself from your thumping head, find the Stoke Crew hosting beach games just down the road at Manly Beach.

Keep an eye out for the Manly Sant Hat surfers! It’s an age-old tradition where the locals hit the surf with their fave Xmas hats and test out their new boards.

 

Boxing Day Float Day – 26th December

It’s our favourite time of the year!! The annual Stoke Float is a killer day with all housemates encouraged to grab any kind of float you can get your hands on… doughnut, flamingo, pool ring, surfboard, balloon and enjoy the day floating off Shelly Beach.

Don’t forget your sunscreen and hat. This day turns into a lobster fest as night falls.

 

Movie Night – 27th December

We’re giving your liver a chance to recover; you’ll need your stamina as the New Year festivities kick off this week. Join us in the Stoke Beach House lay-down cinema room from 8pm. Fresh popcorn will be flowing, and comfy cushions and bean bags at the ready. BYO cuddle buddies.

The Stoke Crew take movie night requests, hit up one of the team if they’re is something you’re dying to watch!

 

Pub Crawl – 29th December

Each week our trusty guide, Jake, gathers your sexy new housemates and remaining faves for a Stoke Housemate tour of Manly’s best pubs. From Donny’s, Manly’s very own NY-style loft bar, to the classic old dingy pub with sticky carpet floors. Whether you hit it up last week or this is the very first one, you’re guaranteed a good ol’ time. Maybe even a few cheap drinks. Meet in the Stoke Bar at happy hour!

 

NYE EVE Eve Party – 30th December

See ya later 2022… It’s the night to farewell all those cringe memories from this shit year. No, we haven’t got the wrong date. We’re hosting a New Years Eve Eve Party at the Stoke Bar. This is the best night of the year!! Pull on your killer outfit, lace up your dancing shoes and scope out your midnight kiss.

Why wait until NYE to celebrate, when you kick start the year in style and welcome 2023 like the legend you are?!

mimosa breakfast – 31st December

Cheers to 2023! RIP all those unbelievably hungover this morning. We’re keen for a chill day at the beach, and if you’re still feeling a tad drunk, nothing in the world will taste better than a B&E Roll (that’s bacon & egg roll if you’re still not fluent in Aussie slang) and Mimosa.

Join us in the courtyard to share your night’s legendary stories, mishaps and jail sentences as we roll out the hangover cure of a lifetime.
