Stoke Australia Stay Policy
GENERAL INFORMATION
CHECK-IN: You must be over the age of 18 years old and hold a valid photo ID document, which will be requested upon check-in (such as a valid driver’s licence, proof of age card or passport).
CHECK-OUT: Is between 9am – 10am. Penalties apply if you stay past this time.
EXTENSIONS: Extending your stay? Let reception know at the LATEST 48 hours before your check-out date. We will do our best to extend your stay subject to the required availability.
GROUP BOOKINGS: Stays of more than 6 people must call reception between 9am – 7pm daily to check room availability and policies.
PARKING: Not available on site. Limited street parking is available.
SMOKING: We are a non-smoking facility. We may ask you to leave/check out of our premises if you do not follow these rules and the direction of our staff.
SUGGESTION: We suggest anyone 40+ years old book one of our private twin or king rooms.
AGE RESTRICTIONS: While we love children, our property is exclusively for guests aged 18 and over. Minors, even if accompanied by an adult, are not eligible to stay.
- Room key card must be returned. Lost or broken key cards will be charged $5.
- Issued linen must be returned at check-out.
- No sleeping bags are to be used in the rooms.
- Please be considerate of other guests and keep your belongings on or around your bed only.
- Late room charges/stay payments will be charged to your credit card unless alternative arrangements are made.
- Early cancellation of in-house guest reservations must be made 2 days before the new departure date, or a penalty rate will be charged for one night’s room.
- If you are locked out of your room after office hours, there is a Night Manager fee of $10 to issue a new key card.
- If you lose your key, it will cost you $5 for a new one; if you don’t hand in your bedding, it will cost you your full $70 deposit.
- If you are responsible for setting off the fire alarm, you will be charged the $2,200 fee from the fire brigade call-out!!!
- If you damage the property, you will be charged for the costs.
- Late room charges/rent payments will be charged to your credit card unless alternative arrangements are made.
- We may ask you to leave at any time for any reason, however, in particular for any of these reasons: illegal drugs, fighting, property damage, smoking inside of the room, breaking into the kitchen, courtyard or other people’s rooms. You will not receive any refund for your booking payment or key deposit.
Cancellation Policy
48 hours (two days) Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings. If you decide to cancel your booking within the 48-hour (two-day) period, no refund will be issued. You are welcome to cancel any reservation provided you give more than 48 hours (two days) notice.
PEAK SEASON: 23rd Dec till 3rd January every year. We have a no-cancellation policy for all bookings across our Peak Season. All bookings for the peak season must be fully prepaid, and no refunds will be issued to bookings made during the dates above. Bookings are non-transferable.
EARLY BOOKING SPECIAL RATE: We have a non-refundable policy for all bookings made on an early booking special rate. The whole amount will be taken as soon as the booking is confirmed. Bookings are non-transferable.
